 You may well be correct!  

 With only about 50 Billion in reserve per the Fer Reserve regs. how can we expect to spend several hundred million times that amount which is far more than we have in the bank??

 Don't say borrowing from whom ever country;  because they have even less in reserves!  This is with a sad lot we play and dig ever deeper hole... HUH!!

 Sorry folks but it looks like Congress has bitten off more than we can hope to pay back; rewarding people who should have been fired or even put into prison...  They do need a bail out; they need to find new jobs, maybe in Antarctica measuring the ice caps...

 There is a big storm a coming!    A wise person would prepare for the worst...
