Hi, I really enjoyed your blog, I'll be starting tomorrow, I got some good encouragement from you. I intend to complete at least 14 days, maybe 21. I need to lose weight and detox. I'm gonna be getting ready to do a coffee enema tomorrow morning to help with the headaches. I've done several fast, I'm excited about this one, but I really need some good support. Have a great day at work tomorrow, stay focus on the outcome, that's the prize, the end result.
