Hope things are goign well with you. If you think it's right then believe in yourself, you can do it!!!

My family and friends are kinda putting me off about fasting as well which isn't great but I think soon they will see the new transformed 'me'!

I think you've got a good plan and goal and very good start. So stick with it!! Good luck!
