got a letter this week that the judge denied my request to take the class online. don't have enough energy/$ to appeal this as it would require a lawyer and court appearance, and probably a change in County ordinance as the county in which I reside denies online classes to EVERYONE; for an exception to be made for me, I'd have to deal with the County Board of Supervisors--with all of that, it's less stressful to take the class in person and just suffer through it. ah, well.
