I am on day nine of a juice, smoothie and broth fast. I have lost 7 1/2 lbs in 9 days, so that makes me happy. I would like to go 40 days total. My hardest times are when I get tired which happens fairly often. (2-3 times a week)

Thanks for sharing it is good to read what others have done.
