  You are correct GREED is the key and lack of responsiblity is the game they play...  Of course someone else the US Yax Payers pick up the tab as usual...

 BTW: When did you get a check from the High Rollers and Deal makers on any of the big bucks they have made?  The only answer is NEVER!  But now that their tit is in the wringer  everybody else is suppose to save them...   HUH! It is a good thing neither of my grandmothers are not alive; they would fly up and tell them what for!!

 What is wrong with this picture?   Well if anyone has half a lick of common sense; they know where the problem is...
