Don't be so hard on yourself. Try to take it one day at a time. I came off a 20 day juice fast a week ago and I have to sa it was awesome. I lost 17 pounds and never felt so good. I do have to ay I was not an all natural juicer as I do not have the time it takes to make my own juice. I drank 100 juice from the store which I know is cheating but it did work so if the other juices are not appealing it may be worth it to try to buy some premade juices. Dole has some great juices with small amounts of added sugar.
