Thank you for all your information. I have to honestly say I have a hard time drinking it sometimes, but I think that depends on what I ate the day before or how much water I drink.

I have considered going on a fast but I have a hard enough time just drinking the 8 ounces in the morning that I never get past the considering stage. I am glad to hear that you lost average 2 lbs per day on your fast.

What do you drink on the first day of your fast? Plain water?
