I read with interest your note about the first 3 or 4 days - I am at the end of my third day and get anxious around 4:00pm and find I must stay really busy...and eat alot of ice cubes. You give me hope....I cannot even think about alchohol (which I use to enjoy a glass of wine before meals at night) I know I would smoke again if I drank.
