Zoebess also recommends pascalite--I never heard of it before! it's a form of white calcium bentonite clay. the above website gives an interesting history of this clay, as well as uses for it. it comes in capsules for internal use or you can make a poltice out of it to apply topically.

I remember years ago when I had severe digestive problems, taking bentonite clay internally to help my intestines detox. it worked, too!
