Hello,

I just read “What do depression and dry unruly hair have in common?” I was curios if it is safe enough to be eating all of the fish listed under FOODS THAT MAKE YOU HAPPY due to mercury poisoning? Does any of the above foods contain mercury? It is so hard to find the truth out there with everyone's opinions. Thank you!
