The reason that I posted that link to you was only for you to read that one particular post. I thought that you might be interested given that it is my understanding that you are Native American, and because you are very obviously a deeply spiritual person. As I indicated in that post there are some rather troubling things going on within the Native American community and with some of the more prominent tribal elders that involves traditional Native American spirituality (particularly the Sacred Pipe) and I thought that you might want to know about it.

It was not my intention to pull you into the 'mosh pit' as I know that it can be quite painful in those forums. I agree with you about the anger and the personal attacks and myself experience quite a bit of discomfort when reading some of the posts there. And yet the question that I keep asking myself is this... How can anything change if those people who are experiencing a heightened state of consciousness aren't willing to jump into the trenches from time to time in order to assist in the process of raising awareness? Of course, this is something that each of us has to come to terms with for ourselves. I realize that there are many ways of aiding in this process, and we all need to respect our individual abilities and maintain our own well-being at the same time.

Anyway... I am complete agreement with you regarding there not being a 'perfect' culture and myself come from a background of considerable diversity regarding spiritual traditions and practices. I also understand that in all things there needs to be a balance and my sincere hope is that we will somehow find it. I am also very familiar with the Rainbow Warriors and appreciate the link that you provided. And although it is a day late, I found this video of a Full Moon Meditation that I thought that you might like...
