Hi Liora!

I just wanted to let you know that I am really enjoying your blog. This post came at a very good time for me and I am most grateful. I have been working on grounding myself more lately, and today spent some time lying on the actual ground which was quite helpful. Rather paradoxically... I have also found that my diet influences this quite a bit and I am actually now eating more 'junk' food in order to assist with this process of integration. My Daoist teacher had eluded to this when I was working with him back in 1999. And more recently another teacher confirmed that this does indeed help to ground these powerful energies. I think that perhaps on the 20th I'll eat a pizza or a Happy Meal while sitting in the dirt, lol!
