CONGRATULATIONS for starting! One foot at a time - I mean, one day at a time will get you to your goal!
I too had been "thinking about" cleaning the liver for ever sooooo long now and about two weeks ago finally started doing the "soft" liver cleanse and even tho I didīnt see nor count the stones felt like "something" had/has started to take place. According to the person who first wrote/shared this particular liver cleanse, one should/would feel FANTASTIC... but this did not happen to me. However, this has not discouraged me at all - "something" is happening "there" - may well be stones are being displaced or whatever..... What has made me most happy is the fact that I got started so I can relate to you!
Keep it up - sure hope I will!
