Don't waste time thinking about how much you suck... Be nice to yourself and come up with a plan for the next time you are tempted to give in.
I think that when we tell ourselves how much we suck and are generally hard on ourselves that is when we are most likely to keep eating. It's a horrible cycle. Don't give in to it. You can do it :)
