Yes, I get a lot of healing from the ocean, water seems to be my element, thank you so much for reminding me of this, and reminding me to

BREATHE!

I tend to hold my breath a lot from stress and anxiety, and have to re-teach myself to breathe deeply--I do exercises to enforce this, and do conscious deep breathing when I meditate.

That's very interesting about who you breathe with--this makes sense, as our energies affect one another and if you're in proximity to someone emoting negatively, then this could certainly affect your own energy field!
