Hi Katiemarie,
First of all I want to say thank you for posting such a good blog. It really gave me the courage to do it myself and now I am on week 2, yeah! We have alot of the same goals and challenges. I started at about 180 and my main goal for this is to loose weight. I lived a lifestyle of maintaining weight bf. I didn't eat bad and I always worked out, but I could never get over the hurdle to loose the weight. This journey has really given me a respect for food and I hope I keep that post-fast. I have a 5 year old boy who I sweareats like a grown man. So, I have not gotten out of preparing food and I have learned to enjoy the preparation of it not just the taste. Anyhoo, I wish you luck with your most recent fast or non-fast. Just remember that you have less to loose this time around and it will come off slower.
