I am sure the reason you had the need to share it was because I (and I would think, others) needed this as well. It was head on! It seems that there are times I move one step forward, three steps back. Yet, from what you shared, I understand why the three steps back..."it takes more energy to block us than to let us Flow Through YOU...". I understand this completely!

I understand that when I take the steps back, it is me turning to 'fear' rather than going with the flow. More precisely, allowing the flow to go Through me. I must sit with myself and I have feared doing that, for some time. It is now time, especially after reading your post.

Again, I thank you Liora. I would like to print this post, if you do not mind...to keep as my reminder, when I feel as if I begin to 'block' and not 'flow'.
