do you need a business plan, and a 501 (C) 3 corp then try SCORE and they will help guide you through an awful boring process of the business plan and get the forms for a 501 C 3 from the IRS site and bring them with you.

I hated the process but that's because I am more scattered myself so I can identify with your process
