Hi, and congratulations for how you are sticking with your fast. But you really need to get the waste and toxins out. I strongly encourage you to have an enema, either a coffee enema followed afterward with a full bag salt solution, or even just the salt water enema by itself.

I can assure you that after it's over you will feel MUCH better.
