Additional note: Life is good, even without an appendix! ;^)
What fully grown adult really needs an appendix anyway! Especially if they are given to internal cleansing (as I tend to be). I guess I just needed a little more encouragement in that direction. Well I got it! And I am definitely getting into all the cleansing that this body temple needs! It's a matter of life and I love life!
