Amen brother!
One of the very first blessings I experienced in first moving to California in 1978 was Raw Juices"! Within a couple months I was working at the Wild Flowers Cafe in Ocean Beach for food credit and in Heaven! We made plenty of fresh raw juices there. Then I discovered the Escondido Juice Company and worked for them and was flowing in all raw juices! I loved there Coconut Supreme! I have two juicers and really enjoy my Omega Juicer! And as much as I am into juicing on my own there have been many occasions where I was in town and would have gotten a bottled juice at the market had it been all raw. So needless to say when the pasteurization of juices became the "law of the land" I was not happy. I would give my full backing to having commercial raw juice restored just as I have for raw milk.

Furthermore: now that I am in a full post surgical recovery mode I am on 100% raw juices! I am so glad I can juice at home!

Re: water - I believe there are answers to better water management and the like within Permaculture and the BDNow Online community.
