I tried the cinnamon water...didn't work.
Tried the pineapple....didn't work.
My sister reminded me of a remedy we used 20 yrs ago which I had forgotten about.
Put 1 c. apple cider vinegar in pan of hot water and soak a heavy hand towel in it..preferrable 100% cotton. Get as hot as you can stand it, place it across the abdomen, cover with dry towel and leave on until it cools off.

Problem was cured....that was 12 hrs. ago...no problem since.
