few questions

first of all, did you gain the weight back?

and second, you keep saying that you can't take medications while fasting
is there a reason for that? I'm on methadone and a lot of it
this is my day 4, ii'm good now, but do you know for sure that people shouldn't be fasting on medication or is that an assumption?
