Nope. None that I am aware of but just because this is a small town doesn't mean there aren't folks into yoga. I'm a practicing Roman Catholic but I would love to go to the 3HO women's camp and learn yoga and the kundalini yoga way of woman wellness. This is not the first time I've heard of the 4 am phenomena. I am facinated by all these things :-) Working the late shift at the home, I've seen a few 'things' at that time.
