I wanted to know if the joint pain you experienced developed slowly over time or was sudden. I have experienced joint pain in my right elbow that has moved down my forearm into my hand. I thought maybe it was tendonitis, but it has persisted for 4 months now. I have also experienced numbness in my right foot. I have noticed an increase in itchyness in my skin too. The latest symptom is a swelling in my eyelids, that I attributed to some new food allergy. After finding reading some of the postings, I am thinking that all of this could be attribued to the Mirena. I had it put in 10 months ago and wondered how long you had it before your symptoms began? Thanks for the input.
