all other types of food have nutritional deficiences as well.
for me i found whole grains soaked overnight in warm water with a tablespoon of yoghurt for the slightly acidifying effect (which is supposed to multiple the good bacteria together with the warm water and soaking itself ridding the grains of phytic acid or something) to be an easily digestable morning meal. is it less healthy than a bunch of carrots? well probably but i still crave some grains
