Hey! :) the carb and salt cravings can take anywhere from a month or two to disappear. You might want to try some soaked rice or quinoa or buckwheat to help you through :) Even some sprouted chickpeas or lentils with a little avocado. The protein and fat will fill you up quickly and help get rid of those cravings. Spriulina can curb hunger too.
For the salt cravings, try some dulse (the flakes taste good in salads and on tomatoes) and other naturally salty seaweeds :)
