Michelle I'm cocerned about my health just as you are. My tummy is in a world of hurts, well it's not killing me BUT when I don't eat heavy foods I feel better. Plus I got diagnosed with a fibroid that I believe is causing my bowel issues and also making me emotional. Going to go raw all over again with you. Don't know how I'm going to do it with a town that has only Walmart and BiLo.
