Hi,

Couple of things I would do.  First, go to www.bestonearthproducts.com and get the Total Care Body Wash and put it on those scaly spots for a couple of months.  This stuff is made with a very diluted black salve.  Second, you need to do an internal black salve protocol.  Go to www.blacksalveinfo.com and look at the topics "Detecting skin cancer" for info on the body wash, and go to "Internal Black Salve?" for the internal info.  Hope that helps :)
