Hi there,

Congratulations.........I have had crohns for over 45 years, chronic diarrhoe foir ever.yuk.... I am restructuring my diet now, have just staryed taking the Probiotic saccharomyces boulardii,,,,,,was hopeing that would do the trick, but after reading your protocil, realise that there is a lot more changes ahead,
I would be grateful for any help, you can pass on to me.
