This how the uncovery/recovery process starts. It all depends on how badly we need to know. Like your experiences with dentistry. I always enjoy Carlin's insights into our culture.I like his ten commandment routine where he shows how it all comes down to basic simpicity.

It is commonly said that if we want to know about a subject we should ask an expert. It may not be too difficult to find a genuine adept in medical knowledge, tho it will take some discernment to seperate those who really have genuine understanding from those who are still seeking it, when it comes to the larger than physical we not only have to be open to many posibilties, seeing how large and sopohisticated it all is, but the level of confusion is such that we need deep rooted motivation to determine how far we get beyond the controversy and confusion.
