I hate it when we aren't told of the possible negative side effects of recommended drugs, diets, etc. In regarding to eating raw, I learned the hard way not to believe the hype and to really do my research. That's why I've read so much about soy and other things, and why I got a nutritionist this time around. But there is still plenty more out there to read. It sounds like you've been through a lot, but that you are hanging in there.
