Go to the doctor at some point in the future and get your chest xray. Make sure you are okay. Silent heart attacks are epidemic among women in this country and you don't always know about them aside from tiredness,etc. Please consider taking a good fish oil supplement. Fish oil is heart healthy and a true superfood.
