your welcome.  yes, it really doesn't pay to eat processed foods, not unless one wants alzheimer's and/or cancer, parkinson's, etc... at some point, not to mention all anxiety, weight gain, insomnia, etc... it causes along the way.  i try to prepare all my own meals from scratch.  the only packages stuff i buy is organic cookie/cake mixes or packages of cookies and such, and some organic rice cereals.
