hi! i am currently on day 11 of a juice fast and 10 days is the longest for me...keep it up, new zits are perfectly normal at first as your body is expelling all that junk...i have always had problems with my skin and the only time it gets great is after i have fasted...day 1-4 are always the hardest for me and i after that my symptoms kind of go away but this time is different as i am going for 30 days and am in uncharted territory for me! your skin will be glowing by the end and looking better in just a couple more days! you can do it! i love to eat and i go on a fast twice a year and if i can do it anyone can...good luck!
