I've tried working with the bee people and they said in my situation there is no choice but to kill them. they tried to suction them out from up in the rafters of my house but only got a few of them. I couldn't let them nest in there as they'd eventually build a huge hive dripping with honey, and it would only make the situation worse. I feel horrible about it. the compromise situation was to kill them with biodegradable soap instead of using insecticide.
