Of course you had to bring up the fact that he is a Dem..why not bring up the fact that maybe he is just a crappy D.A. What the hell does party affiliation have to do with this one?
You might as well bring up his religion or his
favorite color. See how neither one of these matters? Same goes for party afflilation
He was doing his job..though he did not do it well. See how easy that is to figure out?

The most despicable? Public humiliation? Wow, not very nice words from a man claiming to be one of gods children.

No pastry boy, he is not one of the most despicable. That goes to Rush L., Savage,Hannity, Boortz and Beck. All racists,homphobes,misogynists and liars.
