thanks for the feedback, ren! I didn't like the idea of having to try and wash the sponge out in a public restroom, so I've never tried it. But it's probably a moot point for me now as I haven't had a period for 3 months--hurray! one of the benefits of perimenopause! I used Natracare, too, primarily because it came out with its product before Seventh generation did; now my teenage daughter is using them.

The boxes can be recycled--great that you compost it!!!
