I tried the sponge. It was okay. I suppose it's good for the folks who don't want the mess of a period. My mind is so turned against tampons that I just see plugging up the vagina as not a good thing. Plus, it is difficult to wash out the sponge if you don't have a private bathroom. I think I'll stick to Nature Care and Seventh Gen. I like Nature Care because I can cut up the box and throw it in my composter.
