I couldnt do the epsom salts the next day

(I also blended ginger in the oo/gf and never felt naseous until the next morning.


For me a colonic the next day was the BEST thing ever! instead of epsom salts in the am.

I got out a lot more and immediately the yucky feeling would go away.

Just my opinion though. I also did a coffee enema the next day too and more stones came out.
