You wrote about bits of rice in your urine. You're the first one I've found who has posted about large matter in the urine. I am 3 weeks into UT and I have noticed when I ate "bad" foods, I see large white floaters in my urine! Very large! It is kind of shocking. I also noticed it when I drank some apple cider vinegar which made me wonder if it is yeast. I have long suspected I had leaky gut since I am celiac and was undiagnosed for many years. I have also had lots of antibiotics for dysentry when traveling and also was/am a sweet lover.
