My period was shorter, less painful...When I go to New York next weekend, I have to get two boxes so I can drink it consistently. I ran out after two weeks. Ideally, the tea should be consumed three weeks right up till your period then you stop drinking when your period starts up again. I didn't have as many clots or spotting this time around either. Womb tea works best for uterine cysts and fibroids. In my experience working for Brother Rashan, it really worked in the womb area not for the breast so much.
