Thanks for the suggestion of body twisting cable curls on the Bodybuilding forum. I have been using that excercise as part of my 3 day per week routine.

Another difficulty with the world's growing poplulation is the rapidly increasing scarcity of safe drinking water for poor people. Water-bourne illnesses accunt for a large percentage of children getting sick in the world. Viewing the expanse of the ocean water is a contradiction to the mother in a poor section of the world, who has walked some distance to carry water for her children, but is unsure if the water is safe, or has become contaminated. Then when the children become sick, the guilt of not having found safe water. So much water, so much sickness. So much guilt.

There are not sufficient medical facilities in many sections of the world to even make a determination of the cause of a child's illnes being from unsafe drinking water. Journalists are limited to reporting on studies of indirect sampling statistics. If the front page of the newspaper carried a story, everyday, that Joey, a child of Maria, a mother in a poor secion of the world, became sick from water for a certain stream, that had unusually high bacteria levels yesterday of measurement X. Maybe church leader would ask questions. For now, churches sweep the problems of the world's poor mothers under the rug, and cut contraceptive funding for the poor.
