I just finished up a 10 day cleanse and
will not do another cleanse until the spring
or summer since I really enjoy fasting when
it is warm. I will continue to use the lemonade
to get in a dose of cayenne. A glass, like a
cup of tea, *is* my cup of tea...ggg.
I am glad to hear your cleanse went well.
I hoped you benefited enough to want to
try it again sometime~!
