Good Luck. Blogging is great. It is excellent to look back on and helps others considering it.

I'll only be juice fasting 10 days. That is all I could do last time and I'm not going to push it. This time I'm focusing on post fast (20 days). That's where I tripped up last time. I wasn't ready with a plan after the fast was done.
