Thats the stupidist article on eggs I have ever read! Tell you what if the eggs are organic free range and the yolks are dark yellow you do have an almost perfect food!
Don,t eat the yolk! lolol! The yolk contains the life force it is here all the minerals and vitamins are ,and if people still beleive in the cholesteral scare ,well they just are'nt paying attention or just watch too much boob tube!
The egg "EAT THE WHOLE EGG' the way nature made them and make egg shell calcium by soaking them in apple cider vinegar over night!
OK people go back to sleep know!
