Hello Dazzle,

Your brother and mine, sound very similar. Almost the same story. He is my twin, as well! We turn 40 tomorrow.

He is doing yoga breathing and starting to cook properly again. After high school, he lived off MacDonalds, pizza and Chinese food. And, he has two teenage kids who like the way he eats. When he was young, you loved to "create" dishes. He NEVER cooked an ordinary meal. It was always something special. So now, he is coming back to that again. I think. I hope. Little by little.
