A cleanup kit costs $50 and it's recycled where I am. This lady was uninformed and got RIPPED OFF. She probably vacuumed the pieces which you should never do if you break a flourescent bulb because it disperses mercury in air. Otherwise, it's not the toxic emergency that they're making it out to be. The bulbs add up to big savings for my husband and I and am careful to not put my trampoline underneath that basement light :D
