1 gallon of warm water with a cup of apple cider vinegar(I would get the cheap stuff from the grocery store for this)to rinse with after a shower. Don't use shampoo with sodium Layrel Suflfate as it will aggrevate psoriasis.

Internally, I would also take a tablespoon of raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar with carrot juice or some other stong juice three times a day.
